Who We Serve

At AAC&C, We believe that access to therapy is a human right. It is our mission to provide individual treatment to adults 18-65 with Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder. AAC&C specializes in offering specialized services to those who are accessing Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Treatment, Gender Affirming Care, and Individualized EMDR Treatment for Trauma and Anxiety disorders.

AAC&C offers sliding scale slots for those who qualify. In order to be eligible for the sliding scale, you must request and complete the sliding fee schedule (SFS) application, available in print or electronic copies, which you can request by emailing autumn@autumnarisecounseling.com. Our Sliding Fee Discount Program follows the guidelines of the United States Department of Health and Human Services’ Health Resources and Services Administration. This list is updated annually per the Federal Poverty Guidelines as followed:
